Life is for Living

Lead your best life

London Voice welcomes Penny Freeston, our new columnist and life coach, committed to helping readers find fulfilment and realise their potential.
What would you do if you couldn't possibly fail? What is it you would really like to achieve?

These are the sorts of questions Penny asks clients to motivate them to lead their best life.

She says: "Life is full of opportunities and infinite possibilities, yet so many people are stuck in a rut, wishing life was better, saying 'If only...'

"But if you are really determined to make changes you too can start to turn your life around from where you are now to where you want to be."

Penny is an accredited coach who studied with the Coaching Academy -the largest coaching organisation in Europe. She is also an experienced teacher and writer. Throughout her training she experienced coaching first-hand and was amazed at its benefits. She encourages her clients to explore all available options, to think positively and creatively for their best solutions, celebrating individuals' uniqueness to, find out what they really want out of life.

She moves people forward, building on self-esteem and personal successes, creating a sense of wellbeing and renewed confidence in individuals working towards their goals with her. Penny has helped people of all ages with career moves, improving relationships, stress at work or home, de-cluttering, personal-fitness and retirement issues. The permutations are endless and there is no age barrier. She is especially looking forward to working with London Voice readers because: "London Voice attracts readers from all over the Capital providing the voice Londoners need to make themselves heard. I have lived and worked in London all my life. This newspaper is unique in the way it celebrates diversity yet brings people together in such a positive way."

Would you like to explore choices and opportunities available to you through coaching? What changes would you like to make in your life?

Penny is able to offer a limited number of London Voice readers free coaching by telephone. She says: "My aim is to raise readers' awareness of their choices and opportunities as they take control and enhance their lives."
