Positive, Productive Thinking

A glass is half full or half empty. Life is too short for it to be the latter.

Research has shown that positive thinkers are 30 times more likely than negative people to be happy and to stay healthy into middle age. Avoid saying 'I should', 'I must' and 'I ought' but affirm positively that:

  • 'I am living my best life'.
  • 'I am relaxed, confident and happy'.

If not now, when?

Productive thinking implies focussing on strategies to achieve required results. Nothing is impossible.
